How we work
All our films feature members of your team with no need for actors, rehearsals or lines to learn. Interviews are facilitated in a relaxed and informal way. We are sensitive to your working environment and ensure there is minimal disruption to your business
or organisation.
Briefing
An initial meeting forms the brief, outline plan and content of the film.
Outcome : A briefing document and content plan that has been agreed by the entire team.
Project management and filming
Organise locations and a schedule for individuals to be filmed. A room should be booked for filming the interviews. Preparation for interviews is rarely required; the interviewer will lead and facilitate the process.
Outcome: Raw footage ready to be reviewed and edited.
Edit
The footage will be reviewed and optimised in terms of sound and colour. We will then edit to ensure excellent flow and momentum. Titles, captions and additional graphics will be designed, in line with existing brand guidelines.
The film will be supplied as an MP4 file or QuickTime master file ready for use. Post-production special effects, animation and motion graphics usually require a number of reviews and client feedback. License to use specific music sound track can be sourced.
Outcome: A unique and bespoke film that answers the brief and delivers on all communication objectives.
